A CV is a form, not an essay

Think of a Spanish curriculum as five labelled boxes. You are not writing prose; you are filling boxes with facts in the shortest form that is still true.

That is good news for a language you are still learning. Boxes need nouns, dates and a handful of action verbs, not long sentences with tenses you have not covered.
