How delivery works

1. Razorpay confirms the payment and sends the confirmation to this website.
2. The access period is written against the account that made the payment.
3. The paid subjects appear on the account at the next page load, on any signed-in device.
4. Access runs for the period published against the plan on the Pricing page.

If access does not appear

1. Sign out and sign in again, which reloads the access period from the server.
2. If the account still shows no access 30 minutes after payment, email hello@goatedd.tech.
3. State the Razorpay payment identifier and the email address on the account.
4. Support replies within 48 hours of receipt.
